The data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR is the Maréa platform, getmarea.com.

2. What Data Do We Process?

• Contact data: first and last name, email, phone, address.
• Booking data: selected boat, date, number of guests, notes.
• Payment data: via Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS compliant); we do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: server logs (anonymised after 30 days), no tracking cookies without consent.

3. Legal Bases

Processing takes place on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations (lit. c) and on the basis of legitimate interests (lit. f).
