Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Santoro Yachting and the renter (hereinafter "you") via this website.

1. Booking & Conclusion of Contract

A booking request becomes binding as soon as the deposit has been successfully processed. Santoro Yachting confirms the conclusion of the contract by email.

2. Deposit & Balance Payment

By default, 30% is due immediately as a deposit. The remaining balance is settled on site before the start of the rental. Any differing provider conditions are stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before the rental start: 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• 14 – 29 days before the rental start: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
• Less than 14 days: the deposit is forfeited.

4. Liability

The renter is liable for damage to the rented object caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The provider is not liable for slight negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Applicable Law

The law of the provider's registered office applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction are governed by the applicable local statutory provisions.
